We can do something!

Okay now I know I have not been driving long, but I have been watching the news the last few years, and I have to say I am disappointed in the way people have let the price of fuel go up.
You whine and cry about the fuel prices, but you do nothing to help it. We are in America people, we repelled the British with Minute Men! We have done great things for a great many people, and have sacrificed a lot. Yet we sit day in and day out watching and whining about how much the price of fuel has gone up. While the people who raise the fuel prices, (and know we will pay that price) just sit back.
So this is what I propose: For you employers, listen, for you school teachers, listen, for the rich who do not watch every penny, listen, for the working stiff who day in and day out work, sweat, and live listen.
Stop!!!
Throw the tea back in to the harbor!
For two full days nobody in the United States of America buy any fuel.
For two full days just stop. Stop going to the beach, stop going to the movies, stop doing anything that will put money in peoples pocket who think that raising the price of fuel is necessary.
Because if we as Americans, of all races, stop purchasing, then maybe just maybe we will once again be able to say that we are Americans and we did something about it.
